We are open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5:30PM and on Saturday from 8AM to 12PM. While walk-in patients are welcome during business hours, we do recommend making an appointment to ensure our team is prepared to meet your needs.

In case of emergency

We realize that your pets don't always need care at the most convenient time.  If your pet needs immediate assistance outside of normal business hours, please contact us at 423-525-5699. The veterinarian on-call will return your call promptly.

We will always provide you with a cost estimate prior to starting any treatment if you wish. Sometimes, additional costs may arise from unexpected complications. In this event, we will alert you as soon as possible. 

House calls can be made under special circumstances, but are limited to the immediate Greeneville area, and a trip fee will be charged; we apologize for any inconvenience.
